Our Partnership with G.E.H.A (Government Employees Health Association)
We’re excited to share that Clay County Early Literacy (CCEL) has officially partnered with G.E.H.A, the Government Employees Health Association. Now, with their very generous $15,000 grant to our organization, we are thrilled to expand the reach of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library in Clay County. This partnership — the largest gift in our history — empowers us to reach even more children. It ensures that the gift of reading extends to every corner of our county and to the diverse military communities we proudly serve. This gift will provide nearly 6,000 books mailed directly to families across our community. A recent report revealed the unfortunate reality that Florida ranks last in reading growth. Together with generous partners like G.E.H.A, we’re changing that trajectory and building a brighter future — one book at a time.

CCEL Members volunteered on April 10th at the Clay County Agricultural Fair Gate and earned $500.
